If you have access to Purposeful through an employer, health plan, school, or another organization, start by checking the information your sponsoring organization shared with you.
They may provide:
A link
A QR code
A group code
Before you begin
Check any email, flyer, portal, or onboarding materials from your sponsoring organization first. They should tell you which sign-up method to use.
Start with the sign-up method your organization provided
If you received a link or QR code
Use the link or scan the QR code to get started, then follow the prompts in the app.
If you received a group code
First, download the app by following this link or scanning the QR code below:
Then:
Open the app
Select I have a sponsoring organization
Enter your group code exactly as it was shared
Verify your eligibility
No matter how you start — with a link, QR code, or group code — you may be asked to verify your eligibility before creating your account.
Depending on your organization, you may need to verify using:
Your email address, such as your work or school email
An ID number, such as an employee, member, or student ID
Personal details, such as your name, date of birth, or ZIP code
Create your account
Once your eligibility is confirmed, the rest of the process is the same for everyone.
Choose how you want to create your account:
Email
Apple
Google
If you choose Email:
Enter your email address
Verify your email
Create a password
If you choose Apple or Google, just follow the prompts to continue.
Complete onboarding
After your account is created, you’ll complete a brief onboarding process to personalize your experience.
