No matter what area of life you’re focused on, research shows that lasting change doesn’t happen overnight. Meaningful growth occurs when you set small, achievable goals and build positive habits over time.
Pro Tip
- Go to the Discover page to find a tip to try. You can browse the tips showcased on the page or type a topic into the search bar (e.g., gratitude, healthy eating, resilience, sleep, etc.). When you find a tip you like, click “Commit to Try It.”
- Now the tip will show up on your Today page, under “Take Action.” Once you’ve completed it, click “Did It!”
- Within the tip, you can set a reminder for a day and time when you want Purposeful to send you a notification as a helpful nudge.
- You can also boost your chances of success by pairing the new habit with something you already do (e.g., performing a gratitude practice while you have your morning coffee). Just complete the prompt “I will do this when …”
