Journaling is a great way to pause, reflect, and take stock of how you’re thinking and feeling. It gives you a valuable opportunity to get to know yourself better — and to uncover what matters most to you in life.
Pro Tip
Tap the (+) icon, select “Journal,” and add your entry. You may choose to journal each day or however often you like. (We recommend journaling regularly for the best results.) To view your previous entries, visit the Progress page and select “See past reflections.”
