If you are having trouble signing into your account, here are a few things you can do.

Confirm that you actually have a Purposeful account. If you haven’t previously created an account, you will not be able to sign in. See instructions for creating your account.
- Note: In order to create an account with Purposeful, you will need instructions from a sponsoring organization (like your employer, health plan, or school).

Try to remember which method you used to create your account, and use that to sign in.
- If you created your account with an email and password, you’ll need to sign in with email
- If you signed up with your Apple account, you will need to sign in with Apple
- If you signed up with your Google account, you will need to sign in with Google
- If you don’t remember which method you used, try a different one

If you created your account with email and password, try resetting your password.
- You can initiate a password reset from the Purposeful login screen.
- Enter the email address you used to create your account and you'll receive an email with a 6-digit code.
- Enter the code when prompted and you'll be able to create a new password.
