Possible reasons why you didn’t receive a code will depend on which of the actions below you were doing.
Creating Your Account
If you do not receive a verification code when creating your account:
- Check to make sure that you typed the email correctly. If you see a typo, go back to the previous page, edit your address, and try again.
- Check that you’re looking at the right email inbox (for example, your personal or work email).
- Check your spam folder.

Resetting Your Password
If you do not receive a verification code when resetting your password:
- Confirm that you actually have a Purposeful account. If you haven’t previously created an account, you will not be able to reset your password.
- Check to make sure that you typed the email correctly. If you see a typo, go back to the previous page, edit your address, and try again.
- Check that you’re looking at the right email inbox (for example, your personal or work email).
- Check your spam folder.
